Arequipa and Colca 4 Days / 3 Nights

Day 1: Arequipa / Convento de Santa Catalina

Take the plane to Arequipa City at established time. Arrival in Arequipa, reception at the Rodriguez Ballon Airport. Transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, visit to the city, the Main Square, the Church of La Compañia and the districts of Cayma and Yanahuara, from where it's possible to enjoy the magnificent view of the Misti Volcano. Visit the Convent of Saint Catalina which dates back to approximately 400 years ago. It used to be a reclusion convent for nuns. It opened its doors to the public in the 70s. Night at the selected hotel.

Day 2: Arequipa / Colca Valley

Breakfast at the hotel. Early in the morning departure towards the Colca Valley, visiting the small town of the area along the way Pampas Cañahuas, the Mirador of the Andes, the Chucura Crater and the Mirador Chivay where we can appreciate pre-inkas andeans. Snack at Chivay arrival (not included). Transfer to the hotel. Free afternoon.

Day 3: Condor's Cross / Arequipa

Breakfast very early in the morning at the hotel. Departure towards Condor's Cross, a strategic point in the canyon where you can appreciate the flight of condors and the magnificent view of the Colca Canyon. At the return you can visit the Mirador Chinina and the Hanging Bridge of Sifon, that joins the cities of Yanque and Coporaque. Visit the city of Yaque where we can appreciate its beautiful church and the stones streets. We'll make a stop at the Mirador Choquetipo, Artahuilqe and the City of Maca to observe again the Colca Valley. After having lunch at a local restaurant (not included), return to Arequipa City arriving to the hotel around 18:00.
